Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, bundles, and other hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, worn, or handled. Please make sure you review your order carefully before opening the packaging.

Hair care products such as oils, moisturizers, and other items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
